The field of telemarketing software has been one full of opportunity; even with changes in the overall marketing landscape, this is one tool that's likely to never really fade away altogether. Even with laws around its use and a variety of tools that allow potential customers to escape its impact, there's still value to be had here. VanillaSoft will be showing this much off as it hits the upcoming TRANSACT 2017 show in Las Vegas.
VanillaSoft's telemarketing software goes well beyond just telemarketing, and goes into systems like appointment setting and lead management, excellent tools for any inside sales operation to have on hand. At the show itself, it's planning to show off its full inside sales platform, complete with several integrated merchant services systems. VanillaSoft can even offer customer relationship management (CRM) tools, which have been routinely shown to provide a better customer experience and potentially improved profitability from there.
Scott Amerson, VanillaSoft's vice president of sales, noted, “The TRANSACT event presents VanillaSoft with a terrific opportunity to reach inside sales teams that need a productivity-enhancing sales lead management tool that also offers payment processing capabilities. We look forward to demonstrating how VanillaSoft can improve performance and help boost sales.”
If I were to offer you a box that could, routinely, collect $1 worth of gold from the soil around your house every day, how much would you pay for that box? Would it be out of line to charge $500? $1000? How much is too much for a thing that makes money from what you already have? That's comparably the same thing that VanillaSoft is offering here; instead of a box that turns dirt into gold in small amounts, it takes telemarketing efforts and makes them more effective.
From lead management to customer relationship management, VanillaSoft is out to take what's already there and make it that much better. That's not the kind of thing that should be readily ignored, and when VanillaSoft makes its landing at TRANSACT, it's going to bring a great deal of potential along with it. How businesses react to that will determine chances of success and failure for a while to come.
