TDI (News - Alert), a provider of revenue-accelerating solutions for the contact center industry, has announced a formal partnership with Iwatsu Voice Networks. This partnership is expected to benefit both companies as it streamlines the delivery of solutions to the customer.
This partnership provides that Iwatsu (News - Alert) is now certified to sell TDI’s complete product suite through their international dealer network. TDI’s products, Liberation and Encore, are certified on Iwatsu’s communication platform.
“We are excited to partner with TDI,” said Don Gant (News - Alert), VP Channel Marketing and Business Development at Iwatsu, in a Thursday statement. “We are using Encore internally to further train and develop our dealers and improve the quality and performance of our customer support teams.”
”In addition, we think our dealers’ customers will benefit from a comprehensive application suite that is proven to increase sales, customer care, and workforce development,” Gant added.
“Iwatsu has a very loyal reseller network that is constantly looking for new opportunities to further develop their customers’ businesses,” said Kevin Kraft, Executive Vice President at TDI, in Thursday’s statement. “We are happy that Iwatsu has recognized the impact our products can have in dramatically improving the revenues and workforce development needs of its customer base.”
TDI develops platform that help companies to increase revenues and develop their workforce. Its Liberation solution manages a contact center’s entire sales workflow process, including campaign design and management, and agent effectiveness through an agent desktop, industry templates, performance management and reporting of results and trends.
TDI’s Encore Suite is designed to maximize the productivity of a contact center’s workforce through integrated voice and screen recording, quality management, coaching and its Portfolio reporting and distribution package.
Iwatsu Voice Networks (IVN) provides cutting edge business communications solutions to small and medium sized businesses (SMBs). Its Enterprise Suite provides cost effective call processing, unified communications, speech recognition, call reporting, in-building wireless, campus networks and text-to-speech applications.
IVN is a subsidiary company of Tokyo-based Iwatsu Electric, a 70-year industry pioneer of many firsts in the telecommunications industry, doing business in North America through over 250 authorized business partners.
The contact center industry is dynamic and can offer complicated challenges that without the proper solutions can impede the organization’s ability to drive revenues. This latest partnership with Itwasu will help the company to strengthen its market position, while also extending its reach.
