TMC Gives CoreDial Award for CoreNexa UCaaS Solution

CoreDial (News - Alert) LLC has won the 2018 INTERNET TELEPHONY Hosted VoIP Excellence Award. Media company Technology Marketing Corp. recognized CoreDial for its CoreNexa unified communications as a service platform.


“We applaud the innovative enhancements of CoreDial’s CoreNexa solution, which allows partners to deliver compelling business communications services to a sophisticated marketplace,” said Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), CEO at TMC, which stages the ITEXPO event. “This solution presents an outstanding value proposition that expands revenue opportunities for the channel while elevating the capabilities of the businesses they serve.”

CoreNexa provides small and medium enterprises with business communications, collaboration, and customer engagement capabilities via the cloud. This CoreDial solution also features administrative tools and what the company describes as a sophisticated unified communications client.

Channel partners use CoreNexa to sell, deliver, manage, and invoice for cloud communications. This CoreDial solution enables them to do all that through a single platform. The company says that allows those partners to maximize profits and increase the productivity of their business customers. More than 88 partners use CoreNexa today.

Rihm’s Thursday 10 a.m. keynote is not the only thing CoreDial has on tap for ITEXPO (News - Alert). Rick McFarland and Don Nawrocki also will speaking during two separate ITEXPO panels.

CoreDial CTO Nawrocki will be on the ITEXPO panel “Can You Hear Me Now?” Friday, Feb. 1 starting at 9 a.m. Rick McFarland, CoreDial’s vice president of contact center solutions, will join the “Making Messaging Work for Your Enterprise and Why It Should Be a a Priority” on Thursday, Jan. 31 at 1 p.m.

Ari Rabban, CEO of Phone.com (News - Alert), will be on that panel with McFarland. But before that, Rabban will join the Jan. 30 panel titled “From Loss Leader to Profit Center: Turning Every Customer Enagement into a Revenue Opportunity.” That will begin Wednesday at 12 p.m.

Speaking of Phone.com, which won the INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award in 2017, that company’s senior vice president of strategic alliances and partnerships will be part of the conversation at ITEXPO as well. Phone.com’s Joel Maloff (News - Alert) will be discussing “Cloud Communications for Regulatory Compliance” on Wednesday, Jan. 30, starting at 9:30 a.m.
