Every year, the doers and disruptors of communications technology converge on South Florida. Over the course of this #SuperShow are countless demos of future-forward, feature-rich solutions, hundreds of breakouts sessions and the opportunity to pick the brains of those shaping the future of communications. The phenomenon I’m referring to is ITEXPO.

This year marks the 20th iteration of the industry-leading event, and ITEXPO veterans Phone.com will be offering insight during three panels over the course of the #SuperShow.

Phone.com’s (News - Alert) first session is on Wednesday, running from 9:30 to 9:55am. During “Cloud Communications for Regulatory Compliance,” SVP Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Joel Maloff (News - Alert) will discuss privacy and confidentiality concerns for service providers, and deliver insight into the types of questions organizations seeking a compliant cloud communications solution should be asking.

“From Loss Leader to Profit Center: Turning Every Customer Engagement into a Revenue Opportunity,” brings together moderator, President and Principal, PKE Consulting LLC and UC Strategies.com Phil Edholm (News - Alert), Michele Santagata from Noble Systems’ Advisory Council and Phone.com CEO Ari Rabban to discuss techniques, strategies and tools making every interaction an opportunity.

Thursday, 1/31 at 1pm is “Making Messaging Work for Your Enterprise and Why It Should Be a Priority.” The panel marks Rabban’s second panel appearance. He is joined by CoreDial VP Contact Center Solution Rick Mcfarland and MessagePro Founder and CEO Gregg Smith to answer why messaging is critical, deliver its key benefits and show how you can integrate it into your communications.

2018 was a strong year for Phone.com, and as we ease into 2019 the cloud communications provider plans to leverage ITEXPO (News - Alert) as a catapult. Are your communications in the cloud, yet?
