The future of work is now. Led by fast and furious innovation in the cloud, paired with developments in artificial intelligence and data-driven automation, digital transformation is more than modernizing operations, it’s about being revolutionary and pushing the envelope of possibility.

Cloud communications provider RingCentral announced an agreement with Fujitsu (News - Alert) to offer its robust portfolio of collaboration, communications and contact center solutions to enterprises in the EMEA.

“The cloud has changed the workplace and how people work forever. Employees want to be more autonomous, entrepreneurial, and free from the constraints of traditional working hours. To attract the best talent and unlock its creativity, businesses must create a compelling employee experience that enables and supports their expectations,” said Annette McInnes, head of employee experience at Fujitsu. “We’re committed to delivering industry-leading workplace solutions to our customers, and we’re proud to be associated with RingCentral (News - Alert).”

The newly announced partnership plays into Fujitsu’s grand plan of creating a rich ecosystem to aid in piecing together what the firm calls its Digital Workforce portfolio. The solution set is ready to enable businesses in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom with workflow and employee engagement enhancement.

Marty Piombo, VP of strategic partnerships at RingCentral said, “The benefits of cloud communications to the enterprise are clear—from employee productivity to customer engagement. We’re honoured to work with Fujitsu, a leader in Europe for digital workplace services, and support their strategy to deliver additional benefits to enterprises and their employees.”

Fujitsu is making moves, and RingCentral is happy to support the venture. As they say, “Teamwork makes the dream work.”
