Voice broadcast solutions provider CallFire on Monday made available a new resource section on its Web site, http://www.callfire.com — the Directory of Services. This directory includes links to online voice broadcast-related resources in six categories.
In the Products & Services category, the Directory of Services includes links about voice broadcast, of course, but also VoiceXML (News - Alert), hosted IVR
, automatic polling and more.
In the Call Centers category, the Directory of Services offers even more resources pertinent to call and contact centers, including familiar topics like dialer, outbound, software and virtual call centers.
In the Ways to User CallFire section, the company includes links to pages that outline a variety of applications for its solutions. These include campaigns for political organizations, mortgage firms, nonprofits, schools, telemarketers and virtual phone banks.
In the Industry Related section of the Directory of Services, CallFire provides links to related topics, such as custom IVR, enterprise phone software, and telephony sales.
In the VoIP
APIs section, the Directory of Services includes information about application programming interface topics, such as click-to-call, call centers, voice broadcast and VoIP.
Finally, the Asterisk (News - Alert) section includes information about applications for the popular open source phone system.
