VoIP Innovations is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based provider of direct inbound dialing (DID) and termination voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) footprints in North America. Its network includes more than 500,000 DIDs in more than 8,500 rate centers in the U.S. and Canada.
Telinta specializes in cloud-based switching and billing solutions for VoIP service providers. It offers a portfolio of white label solutions that are tailored for VoIP service providers and their resellers. The company’s carrier-grade solutions include hosted PBX (News - Alert), call center, wholesale VoIP and other VoIP services.
As part of the strategic partnership between the two companies, VoIP Innovations has successfully completing interoperability testing with Telinta.
The Interoperability testing was imperative to both the companies, as this process identifies potential compatibility issues before these issues can impact customers. Consequently, the successful completion of interoperability testing now assures the customers of VoIP Innovations that Telinta’s carrier-grade platform is indeed compatible with the services they purchase from VoIP Innovations.
According to sources, services from VoIP Innovations are easy to configure on Telinta’s user-friendly switching platform. Customers can now access their VoIP Innovations account to purchase DIDs and E911 services via an application programming interface (API) integrated within Telinta’s TeliCore switching and billing platform.
TeliCore is a cloud-based Class 4 and Class 5 carrier-grade platform integrating the company’s white label VolP solutions with advanced switching and billing capabilities from PortaSwitch.
