PAETEC Holding Corp. today at ITEXPO (News - Alert) West 2009 announced its voice, data and equipment bundle offering,  called IP Simple Solutions, is now available to a national audience where Dynamic IP voice service is available.

 

According to the Fairport, New York-based company, which provides data, voice, and Internet solutions to business-class customers nationwide,  with IP Simple Solutions, PAETEC (News - Alert) can now offer and support SIP Trunking, High-Speed Internet and MPLS VPN nationwide, as well as our own IP PBX and phones.

 

"This creates one of the most unique offerings in the industry with end-to-end service and support from the desktop to the cloud," said John Chapman, senior vice president of marketing.

 

The company made the announcement at ITEXPO West in the Los Angeles Convention Center from Sept. 1 to Sept. 3.

 

The company is also exhibiting during ITEXPO  in booth # 407. The event is slated to provide an overall educational program that teaches resellers, enterprises, SMBs, and Government Agencies how to select IP-based voice, video, fax, and unified communications to purchase or resell.

 

While traditionally, businesses were forced to combine services from a service provider and a different equipment manufacturer – at times leading to challenges for support –  the IP Simple Solutions product offers a bundle that couples a PAETEC Dynamic IP product with a customer-defined equipment bundle.

 

This eliminates support issues that occur when navigating between service provider and equipment manufacturer for essentially the same service.

 

Customers opting for the IP Simple bundle can choose from the following equipment:

IP PBX (News - Alert): 24x or 6x
IP Phones: 9212 and/or 9224
Optional Software: Call Assistant, Call Queuing, Conference Center, VPN, and Multi Language Pack

 

IP Simple Solutions is an equipment rental program that is a result of PAETEC's acquisition of the IP PBX manufacturer Allworx (News - Alert) in 2007.  Under the Fair Market Value program from Allworx, at the end of a users initial term agreement customers have the option of either purchasing their Allworx phone system while retaining and continuing with the same monthly rental payments, or returning the equipment to PAETEC.

 

Last year, PAETEC's SIP Trunking was named Most Innovative Product by Telephony Magazine (News - Alert) and in August, 2009, Business Solutions Magazine named the Allworx 24x and 9224 as Best Channel Product in the IP PBX and IP Phone categories respectively.

 

In addition, Arunas Chesonis, chairman of the Board and CEO at PAETEC, will give a keynote presentation on Tuesday evening at ITEXPO in the Los Angeles Convention Center.
