A new choice in the VoIP business market is being delivered by Vidanetwork Technologies in collaboration with Grandstream Networks (News - Alert). Certification and interoperability between Vidanetwork’s platforms and Grandstream’s phones has been completed. Vidanetwork’s Global Office and VOffice Pro platforms can now interoperate with Grandstream’s GXP21xx/14xx series enterprise HD IP Phones and the GXV31xx next-generation IP Video and Multimedia Phones. A joint announcement in this regard has been made by Vidanetwork and Grandstream.

A comprehensive range of VoIP and video-over-IP applications are provided by Vidanetwork’s platforms. These include hosted and premise IP-PBX (News - Alert), business trunking and residential broadband services fully integrated into a single VoIP application platform. Enterprise-class service is delivered with reliable, redundant and scalable applications from Vidanetwork.

In a release, Larry Kong, president of Vidanetwork said, “Completing certification between Vidanetwork's platforms and Grandstream's SIP based HD voice and video phones enables us to deliver a new choice in the VoIP solutions market. Service providers are looking to offer their customers both high-performance and cost-effective VoIP solutions that are easy to manage and easy to deploy.”

According to King, affordable and quality VoIP solutions are delivered by Grandstream’s products and Vidanetwork’s platforms. Telephony costs across organizations of all sizes are therefore dramatically reduced.

A broad range of audio codecs, advanced telephony features and dual 10M/100M network ports are supported by Grandstream’s phones. Superior audio quality, LEDline indicators and multiple programmable keys are offered by the entire GXP21xx/14xxline. Visual message indicator, full duplex hands-free speakerphone with acoustic echo cancellation and integrated POE are also offered. Other features include intuitive user interfaces, large back-lit graphical LCD displays with support for multiple languages, security and privacy protection and multi-party conferencing.

David Li (News - Alert), CEO of Grandstream said, “The combination of Vidanetwork's VoIP applications platform and Grandstream's HD IP phones and video phones creates an attractive opportunity for service providers to deploy high quality and cost-effective voice/video-over-IP solutions to SMBs and enterprise customers. We believe this combined solution offers a unique best-value package in the hosted and premise based IP-PBX market.”
