Digital Samba Improves All-in-one Web Conferencing Solution

According to the company, the browser based platform allows anyone with a web based device to start participating in conferencing events from anywhere.

The latest version of OnSync has a number of features that will improve events by providing organizers and participants with more tools. One of the more important features is the ability to choose the codecs that are being used so session quality levels can be set to optimize OnSync in extreme bandwidth situations. This type of capability will ensure audio and video feeds will be delivered with the best possible quality.

Organizers will also have more control in the meeting rooms by being able to upload customized photos, schedule recurring OnSync sessions, share the screen and interact with participants through chat, download poll results as a .CSV file to create graphs, tables and charts as well as making an API call to integrate the results with other apps and systems.

The Q&A sessions have also been improved to allow questions to be answered from participants privately with edit or delete capabilities during chat sessions. Data collection is also better, which will let organizers evaluate attendance levels, participation rates and increase the level of engagement by providing post-session assets such as recordings, special offers and more.
