Majuda Corporation officials say they’re providing “high-level training courses to our global network of businesses, end-users, and resellers.”
Majuda Corporation “drawson the expertise of industry experts who have been in the IT and Telecommunications industry for over a decade, to provide a range of training opportunities,” company officials say.
Courses are offered on all Majuda Voice and Business Intelligence Applications. The goal, company officials say, “is to teach practical product knowledge and cutting edge skills together with developing a deeper knowledge of the functionality and range of applications of the products available... Majuda Corporation believes that increased product knowledge leads to increased revenue and therefore we offer advanced training in all possible areas for both end-users and resellers.”
The Majuda Corporation Reseller Training Program is specifically designed for new and existing resellers of Majuda's products and applications. Courses are aimed at increasing the effectiveness that resellers have in influencing the solution chosen by the client by learning to sell business value to their clients and prospective clients:
“All the courses on the Reseller Training Program will assist with new ways to grow sales and awareness, and for staff to better understand the selling features of Majuda Voice and Business Intelligence Applications.”
Majuda is also offering an End-User Training Program, created “to ensure that companies and call centers gain the maximum benefits from Majuda's products by providing understanding and expertise into the functionality and key features provided.”
Earlier this month TMC’s (News - Alert) Juliana Kenny wrote that as the first call recording product to incorporate Microsoft (News - Alert) Silverlight, Majuda Voice Version 7.0 “creates a Web-based user experience that gives users a new interface with which they can navigate through archives of hundreds of thousands of phone calls.
Majuda Voice Version 7.0 “is our core product,” according to Evan Kahan, VP of operations. Kahan noted that the version benefits enterprises by including seamless integrations, its ability to adapt to different environments, recording off analog digital and VoIP platforms, as well as its scalability. Majuda Voice Version 7.0 is also deployed on enterprise hardware with “enterprise database configurations and security,” Kahan revealed in an interview.
