On The Border, a casual dining brand specializing in scrumptious Mexican delicacies announced that its Club Cantina program has gone mobile. The mobile Club Cantina program has been launched for 150 restaurant locations, On The Border has just announced.
The mobile Club Cantina program allows \customers instantly receive offers on their smartphones and avail the discounts immediately, through simply showing the offer to the restaurant staff at the time of ordering. This eliminates the hassles of taking printouts and carrying them to the restaurants for redemption. Through the Club Cantina mobile program, diners can enjoy redemption rates as high as 20 percent.
In a press release, On the Border announced that it is using Key Ring Reward Cards mobile coupon and customer acquisition platform to introduce the mobile Club Cantina program. Key Ring Reward Cards is a very popular smartphone application available for iPhone, Android (News - Alert), Windows Phone 7 and Blackberry devices. It’s maker Mobestream Media works with retailers to extend the capabilities of existing programs through mobile enrollment and digital offers.
As a part of its highly targeted local store marketing campaigns, the On The Border marketing team has been busy sending offers through Key Ring. It also helps the restaurant chain to analyze rich data and customer feedback about offers.
Key Ring, according to the restaurant chain, has increased Club Cantina enrollment by nearly 40,000 members in only a 3 month time period. According to the SVP of Marketing for On The Border Gerald Mann, Key Ring has produced visible results regarding customer acquisition and offer redemptions.
“Behind the scenes, the Key Ring team has built an amazingly intuitive program management tool,” Sr. Marketing Manager, Kristine Hallingstad acknowledged in a statement.
Key Ring provides a mobile acquisition channel that catches consumers when they are primed to enroll in loyalty programs. With millions of Key Ring users and thousands of new users added each day, the Club Cantina program is consistently exposed to a new pool of potential customers hungry for discounts and information.
