Tetra Tech, Inc. joint venture Tetra Tech-Tesoro team, has been awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District. Three other contractors were also awardees.
Tetra Tech’s joint venture partner, Tesoro Corporation, is a construction company located in Virginia Beach, VA.
The Tetra Tech-Tesoro JV was also awarded the initial task order under the MATOC, a $17 million task order for the renovation of five existing facilities at Fort Gordon, Georgia.
The contract, which was recently awarded, has a base period of three years with two additional one-year option periods, or the $500 million capacity, whichever occurs first.
The contract is for design, build and construction services for facilities throughout North Carolina and South Carolina for the Corps’ South Atlantic Division, although work can be performed outside of those geographic boundaries as determined by the contracting officer.
