Rimhub Releases Turnkey Mobility Product for VoIP Service Providers

Rimhub, Inc. has unveiled its latest Turnkey Mobile App solution especially designed for VoIP service providers. VoIP service providers using platforms like BroadSoft, Metaswitch, and Avaya (News - Alert) will find the unique modifiable mobility solution ideal. The Rimhub solution aims to enhance and augment customer access to accounts through a mobile device.

Service providers will be able to custom design and configure their own mobile apps via a simplified web-based ordering process available at the Rimhub website. This process allows service providers to choose their platform, colors and fonts along with other improved features that can be controlled by the customers from their mobiles. The proper branding of the mobile app will also be possible as telecom service providers are allowed to upload their logos.

In a statement, Omar Paul, VP of IP Services for Rimhub said, "Rimhub has the core expertise to both develop and deploy applications for BroadWorks, including BroadWorks API, Mobile and Web apps, and Mobile turnkey portals. We believe that streamlining the app creation process for VoIP-based providers will allow them to focus on bringing a mobile presence to their subscribers without tackling the associated execution complexity."

According to Srinath Narayan, CEO and president of Rimhub, the organization is very pleased to launch this latest unique turnkey mobile app solution for the consumers. Currently, a majority of the service providers provide a Web portal for their consumers, which allows them to access and administer their account and phone features. Customers are, however, required to log in to the Internet to implement the modifications.

Narayan said, "With our new mobility solution, service providers can offer increased flexibility to their customers, and allow them to manage their phone service on the go. Additionally, benefits of a mobile app include improved customer experience, customer care call reduction, product differentiation, and an overall affordable investment for increasing customer retention."
