TASterix, Infradapt Target Hosted Contact Call Center Solutions

TASterix, which provides contact call center solutions for answering service and virtual labor industry, is reportedly offering 100 percent hosted software and service solutions through the voice and data network of Infradapt.

Infradapt provides integrated voice and data platform solutions. The company maintains operations at several Tier-1 carrier facilities throughout the United States, with applications including, voice, data and network virtualization, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, officials said.
According to Vince McGlone, CEO of TASterix, Infradapt’s voice and data infrastructure as well as their telephony expertise will enable TASterix to provide a myriad of hosted applications inclusive of 24-hour business continuity with real-time failsafe mechanisms in place throughout Infradapt's national network.
“Our relationship with Infradapt is what separates us from other vendors since we are providing a true Unified Telecom Solution which merges voice, data, and software,” McGlone added.
Services offered through the TASterix-Infradapt hosted solutions include answering service solutions with resource sharing, traditional PBX (News - Alert), inbound call center - help desk, outbound call center with predictive dialing, customer relationship management (CRM) fully integrated with Asterisk.
“Hosted solutions are here to stay and I am excited about being an integral part of the TASterix-Infradapt Alliance,” said Steve Michaels of TAS Marketing, the sales and marketing branch for TASterix solutions.
Hosted solutions are known for their ability to move offices or agents without moving phone lines or platform equipment. They are provided with large-scale carrier infrastructure that allows a service to quickly scale to more lines when needed.
With 24/7 Monitoring, power-protection, fire suppression, and carrier and facility redundancy, hosted solutions are highly reliable. These services deliver high quality of service because they do not suffer from any of the limitations of retail VoIP offerings.
Since this on demand service is launched from Infradapt's infrastructure cloud, there is no individual service maintenance or downtime.
