Realvox, the company that launched the Voxalis IP-PBX
series, has announced the release of Voxalis Monitor, a tool which offers real-time monitoring to manage the performance and availability of IP-PBX (News - Alert) systems.
Realvox’s Voxalis SIP-PBX series is a robust and scalable solution that can be deployed by enterprises of all types and sizes. The solution is available in more than nine markets across the globe. In addition to the Voxalis SIP-PBX series, Realvox delivers solutions that have been designed to address the rapidly increasing demand of customers who rely on their communication infrastructure for a competitive edge.
Realvox offers both hardware and software tools that are developed to be hassles-free for users installing them and with ‘round the clock’ customer service.
With the help of the Voxalis Monitor, administrators will be able to easily monitor real-time parameters such as CPU
use, available memory, disk occupation, active lines, users on the phone, network bandwidth, and more. The system helps them to create a nonpareil graphical representation of the entire system.
The software offers support for up to 16 CPU cores, 480 lines (or 16 PRI), and 400 concurrent users. All the users are always visible on the screen and indicated with typical color alerts.
The Voxalis Monitor can also be configured if users need to monitor additional data such as transactional operations, call center statistics, external hardware or VoIP
resources and will be available for Asterisk (News - Alert) as well as other open platforms soon.
