QualiSystems, a provider of advanced test automation solutions, has
reportedly unveiled the
TestShell Studio, an advanced, GUI-based test editor enabling development of test scenarios in record speed. According to the company, this latest innovation includes technologies essential for automating today's complex testing environments, enabling test creation in a fraction of the time of traditional tools.
"TestShell Studio is a revolutionary new approach to test creation. We are excited to launch this unique product, following its great success in several beta sites," said Lior Koriat, QualiSystems (News - Alert) CEO, in a release.
"The massive reduction in test creation time and overhead costs that can be achieved using TestShell Studio, results in significant CAPEX and OPEX (News - Alert) savings for manufacturers," he added. "We believe that this addition to our TestShell suite represents a great step forward for the testing world."
Belonging to company’s
TestShell system, TestShell Studio helps in building easy and independent design of complex test scenarios without programming and offers a unique user-friendly test creation solution.
It addresses a critical gap in the market, and includes integrated tool providing code-free creation of intricate event-driven tests. It also supports parallel execution required to cover wide range of industries and testing environments.
“We found that a single application that can provide full, unified test, regression and device-under-test (DUT) management in today's multiple-technology environment, is an absolute necessity," added Eitan Lavie, Technology Director at QualiSystems.
He said the new Studio provides built-in support for a wide range of network protocols, script languages and software resources.
QualiSystems' TestShell solutions are used by leaders in industries ranging from telecommunications, cellular, aerospace and defense, consumer electronics, medical devices and semiconductors.
The TestShell solution includes completely integrated applications that can be used for testing virtually any type of software, hardware or embedded system. Each application manages and automates certain aspects of the testing process, and supplies data to a unified database. Together, they turn the testing process into a total quality optimization solution, says the company.
