Vida Network Certifies its IP PBX and VoIP Solutions with VTech

There are several IP communication providers in the marketplace, and finding the best provider with the solutions you need for your organization can be overwhelming. Bringing together the hardware and software components is also another challenge, which makes companies that have certified the interoperability of their products one less hurdle a business has to overcome.

Vida Network Technologies and VTech Communications just announced a new certification involving the interoperability of Vida's vCloud platform, which includes its hosted IP PBX (News - Alert) and VoIP solutions, with VTech's desktop and cordless SIP phones.

The Vida Network Technologies vCloud platform includes its VidaTeam service, vOffice Pro and vCallCenter, which provide a complete range of VoIP and video-over-IP applications designed to easily integrate fixed and mobile communications. By fully integrating its services into a single VoIP application platform, the company provides hosted and premise IP PBX, business trunking and residential broadband.

“Completing certification between Vida Network’s vCloud platforms and the VTech collection of business SIP phones enables us to deliver a new choice in the VoIP solutions market. Service providers are looking to offer their customers both high-performance and cost-effective VoIP solutions that are easy to manage and easy to deploy. The SIP phones from VTech are its ErisTerminal line. Desktop, conference and cordless phones that support two to six SIP accounts have been certified as part of the interoperability certification. The phones support different cloud, hosted and open-source telephony solutions with high-quality audio and multiple lines with a clear connection and the ability to easily expand, including BroadSoft and Asterisk (News - Alert)-based platforms.

This hosted service lets organizations inter-connect with remote offices together by getting local numbers from major cities in the world and bringing them together through the hosted IP PBX for remote offices, work at home employees, mobile workers, call center support, sales teams and more.
