Incendonet, an IP phone maker and a provider of speech automation solutions for enterprises of all sizes, is enhancing its SpeechBridge IP phone systems and unified communications offerings.

SpeechBridge provides companies with an open, standards-based platform to deploy advanced self-service applications and lower operating costs. The solution can increase mobile access to core enterprise applications and information from any phone, anytime, anywhere.

The IP phone systems also integrate with SIP-based VoIP phone solutions in addition to offering a suite of customer self-service and employee productivity applications. The new SpeechBridge 4 is now enhanced with capabilities to automate call routing, enhance e-mail and calendar access and implement advanced IVR solutions. It offers support for Exchange 2010 and offers added support for Exchange 2007.

With SpeechBridge 4, companies can import users from Allworx (News - Alert) and ShoreTel directly into SpeechBridge speech attendant. The IP phone system also supports load balancing and failover clustered pair for SpeechBridge Pro deployments. In addition to this, SpeechBridge 4 is provided with several administration and operating enhancements.

In another related development, Yealink, a manufacturer of VoIP phone and IP communication solutions, certified Vitelity Communications’ (News - Alert) SIP trunking platform on its entire line of VoIP phones and devices.

Vitelity Communications is a VoIP technology provider and offers wholesale voice, fax, SMS, and hosting services. This certification helps ensure interoperability and seamless operation between Yealink (News - Alert) phones and Vitelity’s VoIP services.
