Yealink’s business IP video phone, the VP530, and its T2 and T3 series IP phones are now compatible with SAP (News - Alert) Business Communications Management software, an IP-based, multichannel contact center solution that helps manage inbound and outbound customer interactions.

Yealink’s video phone offers integrated audio and video applications and a large display that makes it an ideal all-in-one tool for today’s business professionals. The VP530 boasts a complete feature set suitable for high-level administrative and enterprise use, and it isn't limited to one-way video calling; it offers three-way video conferencing, with all conversation participants viewable on the phone's seven-inch 800 x 480 digital LCD touchscreen.
The SIP-T3 series is designed for managers with demanding integrated communication needs with seamless migration to modern GigE-based networks, a high-resolution TFT color display and an easy-to-use, feature-rich user interface. For users who are mostly interested rich features, a friendly user interface and HD voice quality, the T2 series offers quality through a T1 voice engine, HD handset, HD speaker and HD codec. It also offers security features to protect against electronic eavesdropping and data theft by supporting security standards TLS, SRTP, HTTPS, 802.1x, Open VPN and AES encryption.

Telinta’s Auto-Provisioning Profiles are designed for service providers that offer services like IP PBX (News - Alert), call centers or other types of IP deployments for enterprise customers. As a result of this partnership, the company offers an Auto-Provisioning Profile for Yealink IP phones in Telinta’s TeliCore switching, billing and customer management platform.
