Patton (News - Alert) Electronics has entered into a partnership with 3CX, YeaLink and AareNet with the aim of delivering a workshop that covers integrated solutions for SIP trunking, unified communications, the cloud and "the trending all-IP world." This project was announced at the CommunicAsia (News - Alert) conference in Singapore.
This SIP Trunking Workshop will be hosted by Patton with support from key technology and business partners and will cover integrated multi-party solutions for all areas of IP-based communications. Workshop attendees will hear from Patton executives and technology professionals — as well as from representatives from 3CX, Yealink (News - Alert) and AareNet — and can expect to learn how to deliver and benefit from seamlessly integrated SIP trunking solutions for enterprise communications.
Patton is a company that knows a thing or two about communications. In fact, its specialty is interconnecting legacy TDM and serial systems with new-generation IP-based voice, data and multimedia technologies. The company was also recognized by TMC (News - Alert) earlier this year with the 2012 Internet Telephony Product of the Year. Patton's U.S.-manufactured SmartNode 4670 VoIP IAD with ADSL Interface took home the title of Product of the Year for its ability to deliver a high-quality, unified voice and fax experience.
Patton hosted another event, the ABP Technology Road Show, earlier this month in association with 3CX, Grandstream, Vitelity and ABP (News - Alert). The road show exhibited IP telephony and IP surveillance solutions, with a focus on an incorporated solution for enterprise IP telephony that features Patton's SmartNode Branch Exchange (SNBX) and SmartNode VoIP Gateways, as well as Grandstream IP phones and Vitelity SIP trunks.
The SIP Trunking Workshop is a half-day session with three primary learning objectives: update attendee knowledge of SIP trunking and related technologies; provide an understanding of the cost/benefit trade-offs for implementation choices; and teach attendees how multi-party integrated solutions streamline system development, while delivering higher value. The workshop will take place during CommunicAsia this week.
