Two terms running rampant in the enterprise today are mobility and unified communications (UC). The enterprise is smitten with mobility and the new found freedom it provides, while UC offerings grow in functionality provide professionals with the needed array of tools for collaboration and communication.

Grandstream’s DP715 and DP710 Cordless IP Phones create an environment where one no longer must be chained to their desk. They support up to four concurrent calls and offer exceptional voice quality and a pocket friendly price.
“Grandstream is well known for providing high-quality IP phones for small- to medium-sized enterprise customers as part of the successful delivery of a complete hosted Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) solution,” said Brandon Harper, Metaswitch’s VP of Business Development. “Our network operator customers appreciate having world class options, provided by certified ecosystem partners, like Grandstream, at every point in their network.”
As technology allows the enterprise to spread its wings, the market is seeing a shift toward a more mobile environment that allows for the always on, always plugged in lifestyle. Tools are important, and this announcement is yet another affirmation of two things: the enterprise relies on a quality UC solution and mobility is paramount.
