SPS Integrates Visuals for Mobile with Radish ChoiceView to Ease Contact Center 'Pain'

Research indicates that seeing visuals while talking increases understanding by at least five times. It has also been shown that complex transactions for sales and support are completed more quickly and effectively through the addition of visuals.

With its award-winning ChoiceView “Communications-as-a-Service” technology platform, Radish Systems (News - Alert), LLC does just that, and improves the way organizations communicate with smart mobile device users. It recently unveiled that Strategic Products and Services (SPS), a global telecommunications technologies integrator, is offering Radish Systems ChoiceView as a contact center solution for mobile and enterprise communications.

ChoiceView offers the next generation of multimodal unified communications, allowing visual information to be shared during a phone call with smart mobile device users using any phone, any network. It results in faster communications, lower operating costs, enhanced user experiences, and higher revenues. ChoiceView is available as a mobile app on Apple (News - Alert) and Android mobile devices; software for live and automated agents in enterprise contact centers as well as for individual PC users; and as a Software Developers Kit in third-party mobile apps.

Radish Systems enterprise prospects say that for every second it shaves off the average call handling time, it saves $1 million per year in contact center costs.
