Companies now have more reach than ever when it comes to finding new markets and establishing their presence there. Unlike the old days where a physical presence was mandatory, today a business can establish a local contact center without ever leaving its country of origin. Arkadin is collaborating with Clarity Connect Contact Center for Office 365 to make it possible. However, Arkadin (News - Alert) has added more features to its platform that are going to integrate Skype for Business so organizations can deploy agents in more than 15 countries, all connected on a single domain.
Arkadin is a global Unified Communications (News - Alert) and Collaboration (UCC) service provider with audio/Web/videoconferencing and UC solutions delivered in the cloud through a network of 56 operations centers in 33 countries. The company leverages the Skype (News - Alert) for Business Operational Framework in accordance with Microsoft for a native approach so customers can select hosted, hybrid or on-premises deployment options. This makes Skype available with more choices and flexibility to deliver a great customer experience when a contact center is dealing with callers.
According to Arkadin, Clarity (News - Alert) Connect is exclusively created to work on Skype for Business. This gives companies a solution with a global presence, delivered through a network of more than 56 operation centers.
“Our customers' global footprints continuously expand, as such they need a digital communications partner who can support their growth strategy,” says Zach Katsof, Arkadin's Director - Unified Communications. “We have a proven track record of success as Clarity's largest cloud contact center hosting partner, and believe the only way to deliver the highest quality experience is to deploy end users in-region on an enterprise global network.”
Without investing in some very costly hardware, a business can establish a contact center connected through an intelligent routing system that brings voice, instant messages, email, and Web chat together throughout a single platform.
This new agreement with Clarity Consulting started in 2011, and Arkadin is now its largest global hosting partner for Clarity Connect Contact Center for Office 365. And, according to the company, it is the only partner that can deploy Office 365 Contact Center, delivering quality of experience and local agent hosting in all global regions through local data centers.
“Our alliance offers significant benefits to businesses seeking greater efficiencies in their contact center. Arkadin's flexible UC platform, comprehensive global network and managed services capabilities, and years of contact center experience, ensure seamless deployments and productivity enhancements that can transform contact center operations,” said Craig Reishus, Director of Business Development at Clarity Consulting.
Clarity Connect will allow its business clientele to deploy and manage a contact center with Skype for Business to bring customers, employees, and business partners together with CRM integration, Intelligent IM routing, real-time analytics and Internal help desk.
