BTIG Adds Winston Kitchingham to Legal Team


BTIG announced today that Winston Kitchingham has joined the firm's legal team as a Managing Director. Mr. Kitchingham will serve as Associate General Counsel and focus on BTIG's Investment Banking division.

"We are excited to welcome Winston to our team. He brings significant investment banking and capital markets experience to BTIG and will play a prominent role in supporting our expanding business," said Steve Druskin, General Counsel, BTIG.

Mr. Kitchingham brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm. Most recently, he was a Director at MUFG Securities Americas Inc. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Lazard Capital Markets. Mr. Kitchingham began his career as a corporate lawyer at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP.

BTIG Investment Bankig and Capital Markets divisions provide capital raising, transactional and advisory services for a variety of companies across a wide range of industries including consumer, energy and infrastructure, financials, healthcare, real estate, cannabis, crypto and technology sectors.
