Alianza (News - Alert), a cloud voice platform provider has launched a cloud-based wholesale VoIP solution to serve customers in Canada. The solution will help Canadian cable companies, ISPs, telcos and resellers to minimize costs as well as launch new voice over IP (VoIP) services easily.
Brian Beutler (News - Alert), CEO and co-founder of Alianza said, “In today’s broadband-centric world, delivering voice the same old way does not make business sense for many service providers.”
Alianza specializes in hosting and managing cloud-based VoIP solutions, enabling providers to derive monetary benefits from voice services. Also a customizable and rich feature set enables service providers to serve the needs of residential, hosted business, SIP trunking and mobile VoIP services.
The company’s cloud voice platform will be offered along with carrier services from another Canadian provider to deliver a comprehensive VoIP solution. The platform allows service providers to use their own carrier services also and eliminates the need to build and manage a VoIP network.
Service providers can leverage the cloud voice platform, to help in greenfield service launch, market expansion and TDM or VoIP network replacement. The cloud voice platform offers management tools that help control product definition, account creation and customer care. Alianza will also provide support for the French language, local star codes, emergency services and interconnect agreements in Canada, said officials.
The APIs provided by Alianza for back-office integration, facilitates automation and reduces the costs related to customer care and support. The cloud-based solution employs a software as a service (SaaS (News
- Alert)) model that saves on money and streamlines VoIP deployment and product innovation.
Recently Alianza unveiled EasySwitch, an end-of-life migration assistance program for service providers with cancelled, defunct, or obsolete VoIP products and wholesale white label solutions. The program allows a fast transition to Alianza’s cloud voice platform and features professional services and service credits to ease the financial and logistical challenges of the move to a next-generation VoIP solution.
