eTelecare Among Top 50 in Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine's Teleservices Agency Ranking

eTelecare Global Solutions, provider of complex business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, has reportedly announced that it has been ranked the sixth largest global aggregate inbound teleservices agency in the 2009 Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Rankings.

Customer Interaction Solutions magazine celebrating its twenty-fourth year, recognized the top inbound and outbound teleservices agencies, both domestic and international, as well as interactive inbound.
Customer Interaction Solutions magazine released the “Top 50” Teleservices Agency Rankings, using a measurable, third-party-verifiable aspect of teleservices to arrive at the list of the “Top 50” agencies. Size of the company, number of minutes each agency was billed by each of its phone companies for telephone service for 12 months, encompassing November 2007 through October 2008 was part of the consideration.
Since its inception in 1999, eTelecare (News - Alert) has been providing a range of services, including technical support, customer service, sales, customer retention, chat and email from both onshore and offshore locations. Services are provided from delivery centers in the Philippines, United States, Nicaragua, and South Africa.

He said that, "Our emphasis on creating value for our clients is a primary reason why our business and our rankings within the BPO industry continue to increase."
The company recently announced that it has been rated as one of the ten best performing contract center providers in the 2009 Global Services Competition held by Global Services magazine and neoIT, a leading outsourcing expert. The business processing outsource (BPO) provider also stated it is the fourth time it has been included in Global Service’s top ten call center providers list.
