Canada-based DundeeWealth, an independent wealth management company that oversees $67.9 billion in fee earning assets, has selected Oracle CRM On Demand to integrate and deploy business processes throughout the company for increased topline revenue and optimum customer visibility and service.

DundeeWealth has over 1,200 employees in North America. It creates and provides investment solutions, and also capital markets and advisory services for financial advisors, institutions, corporations and foundations through three businesses -- investment management, capital markets and financial advisory.

In addition to Oracle (News - Alert) CRM On Demand, the company also evaluated Microsoft and Salesforce. The company said that it selected Oracle CRM On Demand for its agility in deployment, swift return on investment with growth opportunity for sales as well as for providing the mobility of accessing enterprise-wide information to customer information anytime in real-time.

Also, one of the key components in selecting Oracle CRM On Demand was the ability for DundeeWealth to deploy applications effectively across business units without the need to customize.

“Oracle CRM On Demand is the selected solution that offers the integrated solutions to our existing Oracle platform, and combine it with incredible flexibility, mobility, agility and lowered total cost of ownership will position DundeeWealth definitely in a competitive advantage,” said To Anh Tran, senior vice president and CIO at DundeeWealth.

In order to uplift its CRM platform with reduced maintenance and operation costs and increased analytic tools for business intelligence, DundeeWealth plans to deploy Oracle CRM On Demand with an integrated approach to all of its lines of business, including capital market, retail, wholesalers, marketing, compliance, call centre and operations divisions.

Additionally, DundeeWealth is expected to integrate Oracle CRM On Demand in their call centre, enabling a holistic view of customer relationship and boost customer service productivity and profitability.

Anthony Lye, senior vice president of CRM at Oracle, said that Oracle CRM On Demand is the definitive answer for any organization to gain more insight and more productivity across business units.

“We are excited to work with DundeeWealth as they begin this great implementation of Oracle CRM On Demand,” Lye said.

DundeeWealth also uses other Oracle software in its stack – Oracle’s Siebel CRM and Oracle Database for the past five years.
