Total Solutions Now Available from Varolli Corporation

Varolli Corporation has announced the general availability of Total Solutions, a fully managed, on-demand outbound communications service for collections and customer service. The solution has already exceeded the company’s initial sales projections.

Comprising through back-end integration, wide-ranging reporting and a highly flexible feature set, Total Solutions sales have beaten projections by more than 200 percent in the first few months it has been offered.

Total Solutions was officially launched today by Varolii at Interaction 2008, the company’s inaugural customer conference.

QualxServ, a nationwide provider of field installation and repair services for some of the most well-known computer and networking equipment manufacturers nationwide, has experienced faster service and a more consistent consumer experience with Total Solutions.
