Voxox, a company that offers cloud-based rich communication services for consumers and businesses, recently announced it has promoted Chris Meyer and Tim Schuh to VP positions. Meyer and Schuh, who were earlier working in user experience and customer experience teams, will now be heading them. The officials from Voxox said the move will help the company improve customer service and user experience.
Meyer won numerous awards for innovations as a director of creative and user experience at Sorenson Media. He has also held various leadership positions for many reputed companies. On the other hand, Schuh previously worked with Mitchell International, a provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions. Schuh joined Voxox in 2013 as the director of technical customer services.
“Customer interactions and perceptions are incredibly important to us,” said Bryan Hertz, co-founder and CEO of Voxox, in a statement. “Chris and Tim already understand the Voxox vision and have worked diligently to improve our customer interactions overall from both a user experience and customer service perspective. We are thrilled that they have accepted the challenges that come with their promotions and look forward to seeing even greater successes in these areas.”
Industry expert Shravan Kumar also recently joined Voxox as the new vice president of system engineering.
Kumar holds more than 15 years of experience in legacy and next generation wireless and IP networks.
In his new role, Kumar will be responsible for leading the system engineering team at Voxox. He will be focusing on the company’s key strategic goal in expanding the business by offering Voxox’s solutions to operators and original equipment manufacturer partners.
Official said that Kumar will also be working in close proximity with the product, engineering and marketing teams to enhance Voxox’s existing products and optimize system design solutions.
