The officials from Voxox said the move will help the company improve customer service and user experience.
Meyer won numerous awards for innovations as a director of creative and user experience at Sorenson Media. He has also held various leadership positions for many reputed companies. On the other hand, Schuh previously worked with Mitchell International, a provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions. Schuh joined Voxox in 2013 as the director of technical customer services.
“Customer interactions and perceptions are incredibly important to us,” said Bryan Hertz, co-founder and CEO of Voxox, in a statement. “Chris and Tim already understand the Voxox vision and have worked diligently to improve our customer interactions overall from both a user experience and customer service perspective. We are thrilled that they have accepted the challenges that come with their promotions and look forward to seeing even greater successes in these areas.”
Industry expert Shravan Kumar also recently joined Voxox as the new vice president of system engineering.
Kumar holds more than 15 years of experience in legacy and next generation wireless and IP networks.
