MLX Deploys New EZ Connex Contact Center Platform

Call center outsourcing company Marketlinkx Direct Inc., has just launched a new EZ Connex Contact Center Campaign Operations platform which the company claims offers a powerful, easy to use interface for its domestic and offshore facilities.
"As our business has expanded over the last few years we need our operations platform to provide ever increasing functions for our clients, partners and advisors," said Abiel Socorro, chief operating officer at MLX Direct.
EZ Connex, MLX Direct's proprietary data and telephony solution, makes it possible for the company to efficiently control and manage which customers are contacted by its domestic and offshore facilities on behalf of the company's clients and affiliates – for optimal campaign delivery.
"We're building on our expertise across servers, operating systems and services to deliver user experiences that enhance optimal campaign delivery on behalf of our clients and affiliates,” said Socorro.
"One of the main goals of the company's growth plans for 2009 and beyond is a proactive emphasis in regards to the quality of our lead generation and related services for our partners and clients," also commented Ezell Brown chief executive officer at MLX Direct.
Brown said that this deployment of EZ Connex is designed to ensure that all the company’s contact center facilities operate at the highest levels of integrity and efficiency.
Brown also noted the excitement he and his co-workers share by being able to bring jobs back to America through this mission.
