Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC
) Customer Interaction Solutions magazine has awarded a 2009 Product of the Year Award to Intelestream, a provider of open source CRM consulting and developers of intelecrm. Intelecrm is known to provide enterprise level CRM functionality to small and medium sized businesses.
Instead of charging the number of users accessing the system, pricing for the application follows a unique model that charges subscribers according to the quantity of records and data storage used. The company also provides “pay-for-what-you-need” usage facility to the customers, where they are billed for only the features and add-ons they require, which is an especially appealing option for small businesses on a budget.
With intelecrm, customers can fully automate the sales cycle process. They can assign, track, and convert leads, initiate opportunities, create contacts and accounts, write quotes and send proposals. intelecrm takes care of everything a sales force teams require to work efficiently and close deals quickly. It also helps marketing professionals locate demographics, find leads, communicate with contacts, and segment target groups.
“It is an honor to be recognized by Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine with the Product of the Year Award,” said Stafford McKay, Jr., director of marketing for Intelestream. “Of course this award means a lot to our dedicated team, but the accolades we receive everyday from our small and medium sized CRM customers prove that the application is working to facilitate sophisticated salesforce automation for growing businesses.”
The application can be easily customized according to individual requirements as it is designed as an affordable, turn-key CRM solution. The customer just needs an internet connection and a web browser to use the application.
The company recently entered into a partnership agreement with Visao, which is joining the Intelestream Channel Network as a Gold Partner, the highest level available. As a Gold Partner, Visao can directly sell, provide consulting services, and further customize the intelecrm application. The company will also use its experience to provide on-demand training to intelecrm users and administrators.
