Starhome, a provider of roaming services and converged solutions for mobile network operators, has released the improved version of Service Broker Solution.
Starhome’s (News - Alert) Service Broker technology is known for supporting the functionality of IP Multimedia Subsystem and Sevice Capability Interaction Manager, thus supporting interaction capabilities between IMS services and Intelligent Network.
The next-generation Service Broker solution introduced includes Multiple protocol variants that are supported by ETSI (News - Alert) INAP, Siemens, Nokia, Ericsson and 3GPP CAMEL, and can be integrated with any type of network. It continues to enable orchestration between existing legacy IN/CAP services, such as prepaid, VPN, ring-back tones and multi-SIM.
The company says the new service will help mobile operators to integrate their future and existing IMS and IN applications to provide multiple services to their customer base. It even incorporates with newly deployed services, such as IP Centrex and SIP-Based VoIP services.
The Service Creation Environment in Starhome’s Service Broker is distinguished in the telecom market for solving the majority of flows with minimal configuration, and for enabling simple configuration of changes and overrides via the user-friendly environment.
According to Amir Bar-El, vice president of research and development and products for Starhome, the company believes that Service Broker, with its user-friendly and innovative service creation environment, will become essential for minimising network complexity and maximising network efficiency.
“Starhome’s next generation service broker has already been deployed as part of Starhome’s Mobile2IP service, enabling SIP interaction with IN services such as pre-paid,” Bar-El said.
The company’s portfolio also includes inter-network convergent solutions for fixed, IP and wireless networks, in addition to a wide variety of international roaming services. Starhome assures that it solutions have proven to generate revenue quickly, reduce network expenses and give users the freedom to roam between networks, technologies and devices.
