In an effort to make VoIP service more attractive to small businesses, TalkSwitch has introduced a multi-partner VoIP program. According to the company, this program enhances the benefits available to the customers from the TalkSwitch IP PBX (News - Alert) systems.
When SIP trunking is combined with VoIP services, it offers benefits such as cost savings, flexibility, scalability and new features. Customers can have multiple calls per telephone number and add new telephone numbers easily. They can also set up separate call handling for each number and route incoming calls to messages or directly to specific extensions.
Talkswitch claims that its IP PBX services are well received by the small companies as they provide benefits such as Voicemail, Call Back/Call Bridge, Automatic Route Selection, Toll Restriction, Record Logging, Auto Fax Detection, Auto Attendants and many more. Also, any phone, anywhere, can be added as an extension of the system.
With the VoIP-enabled TalkSwitch systems, the customers can migrate from traditional telephone lines and grow with VoIP services. As TalkSwitch uses the industry-standard Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert) (SIP), your investment is protected.
“This gives professional and affordable VoIP solutions to small businesses with single or multiple locations," said Jan Scheeren, president and CEO, TalkSwitch (News - Alert), in a release. "It's the ideal opportunity for existing customers to upgrade their TalkSwitch systems to VoIP, and for new customers to get started with VoIP service and experience the savings and business-class features this combined offer provides.”
TalkSwitch systems eligible for the combined TalkSwitch VoIP Service Provider $150 rebate are the TalkSwitch 244vs, 284vs, 484vs and 844vs ranging from $995 to $1,795, and the 4plus VoIP upgrade at $400.
The company recently announced Polycom (News - Alert) Authorized Technology Partner status. The company has successfully completed the Polycom VoIP Field Verified Program and is now certified to market Polycom-integrated products. TalkSwitch’s fully hybrid phone systems are certified as interoperable and able to auto-provision Polycom's SoundPoint IP desktop phones including the SoundPoint IP 301, 320, 430, 501, 550, 601 and 650 models.
