Black Box Network Services reportedly will resell CoreDial’s hosted VoIP solutions to enterprise customers.
CoreDial is a provider of hosted PBX (News - Alert) and VoIP software and services for interconnects, service providers and businesses throughout the United States.
Black Box (News - Alert) is dedicated to designing, building and maintaining complicated data and voice infrastructure systems. The company has signed a strategic business relationship with CoreDial. According to Terry Blakemore, president and CEO of Black Box Network Services, this alliance will allow the firm to offer customers another attractive option to the traditional method of purchasing communications equipment.
Blakemore said that this agreement also allows them to provide cost-effective SIP trunking to their legacy PBX customers, which can reduce their overall cost. A purchasing model that can be treated as an operating expense instead of a capital one can be advantageous to many customers in the current economic situation.
“A hosted solution provides the features and functionality that our customers need and enables them to realize significant internal benefits when they outsource their voice requirements,” Blackmore said in a statement.
CoreDial’s VoiceAxis software and carrier class network infrastructure services will uniquely position Black Box to deliver high quality, high value hosted PBX and VoIP services to their enterprise business clients, said CoreDial CEO Alan Rihm.
A combination of Black Box's experience, resources and customer relationships with CoreDial's software and services will enable Black Box customers to immediately take advantage of the significant benefits and timely cost savings of hosted VoIP services.
The Black Box Hosted VoIP solution by CoreDial offers a number of benefits to customers. CreDial’s clients can use a full suite of features including unified messaging, attendant, audio conferencing and call center applications without purchasing the physical system or spending in ongoing upgrades or maintenance.
Customers simply have to pay a monthly bill which includes their local and domestic long distance usage and managed service charges. The Black Box Hosted VoIP solution from CoreDial is housed in a hardened data center that is backed up in another data center. This inherent disaster recovery capability has made it popular among customers.
