Mitel Partners With SPIE ICS for Cloud Communications in France
October 13, 2017
Mitel announced a partnership with SPIE ICS, a subsidiary of SPIE Group, to deliver cost-efficient, cloud-based, unified communications and collaboration (UCC) offerings for French businesses. With a high demand for UCaaS (Unified Communications (News - Alert) as a Service) solutions, customers can choose from two cloud platform offerings, thanks to Mitel.
“This partnership with Mitel (News - Alert) allows us to better respond to the changing needs of our clients when it comes to unified communications and collaboration. It allows SPIE ICS to deliver a wider range of cloud services that can easily integrate with existing systems and provide an enhanced user experience,” said Cédric Périer, Managing Director of SPIE ICS.
Offerings are tailored to businesses of different sizes. Crystal Advanced is geared towards companies that have 250 or more users. This offering comes with the choice of private or hybrid cloud deployment, and step-by-step support to make the transition a smooth one. Smaller businesses with fewer than 250 users will benefit from Crystal Essential, which leverages the public cloud.
Both services include Mitel’s (News - Alert) MiCollab and MiTeam apps to enable advanced communications and collaboration capabilities, giving complete on-the-go mobility, critical for today’s increasingly mobile workforce.
“As more businesses begin the journey towards digital transformation, many are recognizing the value of moving communications to the cloud. The SPIE ICS offering represents an opportunity for new customers and our large, common installed base to transition at their own pace. Whether small or large, all will benefit from the flexibility, agility and efficiency of a cloud solution,” said Bernard Etchenagucia, Vice President of Sales Southern Europe for Mitel.
This is a partnership that is offering not just cost-efficiency but versatility in choices for companies and they transition to a modern communications system. It is not a one-size fits all cloud concept, something that many enterprises in France are going to appreciate.
