This webinar will address:

  • How to move beyond satisfaction to true loyalty, and why the difference matters;
  • How to get buy-in from executives to drive organizational change;
  • How to make Customer Support a competitive differentiator;
  • How to use an Enterprise Feedback Management solution to power your Voice of Customer program.

Speakers are Barry Mainz, COO, Wind River ; Jodi Koskella, product marketing, MarketTools ; Juliana Kenny, Web Editor, TMCnet.

Wind River, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel (News - Alert) Corporation is a world leader in embedded and mobile software.

“TMC’s webinars are a tremendous resource and an excellent way to provide training on highly relevant topics, and the fact that it is offered at no-cost to attendees is a huge benefit in these trying economic times” said Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC. “Webinars are also a great way to introduce vendors to possible customers in a mutually beneficial and informative manner that often leads to productive relationships.”
