FreedomVOICE's VoIP Phone System Solution Awarded 2008 Product of the Year

FreedomVOICE Systems, a provider of virtual office solutions, has announced that its Hosted VoIP PBX (News - Alert) product, FreedomIQ, has received the 2008 Product of the Year Award from Unified Communications magazine.

 
FreedomIQ provides some of the “most innovative” and “useful telecommunication tools” in the market, according to company officials. It’s a telephone solution equipped with powerful features that help serve entrepreneurs and enterprises alike.
 
Last year, the FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP PBX product reached a new level of maturity and provided value to business owners, said Eric Thomas, CEO at FreedomVOICE.
 
He said that users are recognizing it for the “rare combination” of cost savings, increased call quality, reliable customer support and cutting edge private branch exchange (PBX) features. He added, “Currently, it is also one of the most powerful unified communications tools in the market.”
 
Rich Tehrani, president of TMC and editor-in-chief of Unified Communications (News - Alert) magazine, said that FreedomVOICE has proven they are committed to quality and excellence while addressing real needs in the marketplace.

FreedomVOICE develops and markets FreedomIQ. In addition, company also offers a comprehensive slate of integrated virtual office solutions. The solutions enable business owners to enhance their company image, communicate seamlessly with customers, and track marketing effectiveness.
 
Earlier this month, FreedomVOICE announced its presence on three new social media outlets: Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook (News - Alert). The company said that it plans to utilize these outlets to communicate with the growing telecom industry.
