ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions, a communications solutions provider, has installed a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communications system for Cary, N.C. based Ellis & Winters.
ATCOM will provide the law firm with seamless communication from the Cary location to the remote office in Greensboro, N.C. A Unified Messaging application included in the system also enables Ellis & Winters to deliver voicemails to email - for ease of sharing and storing client correspondence.

She noted that the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system will allow the law firm to improve communications internally and better service their clients.
