CyberTech International, a global provider of advanced voice and data recording technologies, reportedly has been certified for Mitel secure VoIP. The company now enables installation of call recording equipment in secure VoIP PBX (News - Alert) environments for which calls are encrypted end-to-end.
Officials at CyberTech say they’re offering a fully certified recording solution for Mitel’s (News - Alert) Secure Recording Connector as part of the Mitel MiSN developer program. CyberTech’s application assures compatibility with existing Mitel PBXs and allows secure recording of IP extensions and Mitel Teleworker solution handsets, with voice encryption activated.
The customers find this solution very useful as it frees them from upgrading to the IP communication platform or upgrading any installed handsets.
CyberTech is among the first recording solutions providers to offer a fully certified recording solution for Mitel’s Secure Recording Connector. The company ensures that there is no compromise to the security, reliability or resiliency of the Mitel 3300 solution.
Tony Procops, president and CEO, CyberTech North America said that the fully certified integration of CyberTech with the Mitel Secure Connector creates totally secure recording solutions. This means that calls are encrypted end-to-end, with on-line storage and archiving.
Other call recording suppliers face technical difficulties in comprehensive security for monitoring data streams on port-mirrored LAN switch ports. This integration has enabled CyberTech to overcome these challenges.
Because Mitel Secure Recording Connector issues a license key to the CyberTech system for every call, the recordings do not sacrifice voice encryption. The company believes this solution is ideal for use in the industries where enhanced security is most critical.
CyberTech uses open architectures and standard servers to integrate easily with the Mitel Secure Connector, and scale to address future needs. Time and operational efficiencies are delivered through Web-based configuration and administration tools. CyberTech enables links to multiple secure-recording connectors with automatic failover in the event of a failure.
